With AI-powered upcycling, we created Mesh, an app to actively shape culture and consumption. All users, regardless of their skills, can DIY and express their own identity without contributing to the waste of fast fashion. Although tackling the industry of fast fashion is beyond the scope of our project, we still hope to mitigate the harmful impacts of fast fashion by targeting individual consumption practices.
